Pay Range: $24-$28/hr.

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Field Support to join our team on a 3-week contract covering vacation leave.

• Full-time Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM once training is complete

• Serve as day-to-day support to our Senior Field Support team during a vacation leave
• Communicate with field staff (mostly via email) to track updates and resolve discrepancies
• Answer main line phone calls (forwarded to a company cell phone); approx. 5% of your day
• Handle administrative tasks:
• Scanning & filing documents
• Managing Certificates of Insurance
• Transferring Redline-marked As-built plans into digital format
• Other general support duties as needed

• Previous construction industry experience required
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with a variety of personalities - calm under pressure, not easily rattled
• Able to document all discrepancies clearly via email
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel
  , and Teams (Salesforce is a bonus, but not required)
• Professional, flexible, and a strong team player

• You’ll be supporting ~35-40 field employees
• The work environment is casual
