RealREPP is a full-service recruiting firm and is currently partnering with a nationally recognized real estate investment and management company in Irvine, CA, to assist in hiring a Temporary Senior Project Coordinator. This organization manages a large national industrial portfolio along with a diverse West Coast office portfolio.
This role will support the real estate development team through all phases of industrial development, including entitlements, permitting, and construction. The Senior Project Coordinator will handle administrative, financial, and contract-related responsibilities and must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, lenders, and municipal agencies.
Base pay range$30.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities- Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation across entitlement, permitting, and construction phases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies for approvals and compliance.
- Prepare, route, and track contracts, applications, agreements, easements, and permits.
- Support development managers and construction teams with schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Process invoices, pay applications, and financial documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical project files, ensuring documents are audit-ready.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, status updates, and project communications.
- Participate in process improvement and workload management initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or real estate development.
- Experience preparing contracts and handling accounting or financial workflows.
- Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with industrial or commercial development projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and site plans.
