Executive Assistant to CEO (Onsite | 9am-6pm)

We're seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced CEO across multiple business entities. This is an onsite role in Irvine with hours from 9am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management, meeting coordination, and high-level communications
  • Liaising with elected officials and senior stakeholders
  • Daily task tracking and status updates
  • Partnering with other executive support staff

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-8 years of EA/PA experience supporting senior executives
  • Background in legal, business, or real estate preferred
  • Polished, professional, and confident communicator
  • Self-starter who thrives under pressure and takes initiative
  • Strong organizational skills

Additional Info:

  • Must pass DOJ background check and drug screening
  • Two-step interview process (Zoom + in-person)
  • Salary: $90K/year + discretionary year-end bonus
