I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in California, who are seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to join their team

As Facilities Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities include:

• Support operational and logistical activities, during facility transition
• Ensuring smooth asset disposition, shipping and receiving processes, and general facilities support
• Coordinate and document the transfer, disposal, and relocation of company assets
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist with setup, organisation, and maintenance of work spaces, during the transition

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as needed.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
