Our Irvine based, global automobile client, has an immediate need for TEMPORARY Accounts Payable Analyst.
Must be Orange County, CA resident.
Pay range: $26-29 p/h
Job Responsibilities- Respond to AP related inquiries to the AP inbox including business units and vendors
- Process the invoices from the AP inbox to SAP
- Check Prints and Document Review
- Review, audit, inquire and approve the Employee Expense
- Checking/Reviewing duplicate payments and communicating with business units to figure out the reason and prevention plans
- Reviewing AP aging report and reporting aging items to Sr. Financial Oversight & Disb. Manager
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable Experience
- Strong Understanding of Accounting principles which includes accounts payable process
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
- Experience in SAP, Preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work
