• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assisting in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.
• Analyzing account variances and investigating discrepancies.
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors as required.
• Monitoring and recording daily cash transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and international funds transfers.
• Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborating with accounts payable/receivable teams for accurate cash accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• CPA or working toward certification.
• Experience in the medical device, manufacturing, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
