Accounts Payable Supervisor:
Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
CV Resources has partnered with a successful company that is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead day-to-day AP operations!
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor AP staff; manage workload distribution and performance
- Ensure accurate coding, approvals, and three-way match compliance
- Manage ACH, wire, and check payment processing
- Monitor vendor accounts and resolve escalations
- Support month‑end close, reconciliations, and audit preparation
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory experience
- 1099 reporting experience
- Experience in high‑volume invoice environments
- ERP system experience (Net Suite, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
