Accounting Manager​/Controller

Job Description

This person will be working onsite in the Irvine office Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm PST. We are looking for a Controller/Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to help with a majority of the company’s financial responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to client accounting (providing clients with where their project is financially), progress payment requests, bank reconciliations, providing company financials to the owner, as well as some HR and Payroll duties.

The company has anywhere from 10-15 clients at a time and we are looking for someone who can adapt quickly and re-prioritize work based on needs that day.

• 5+ years of accounting/controller experience
• Experience working with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop ideally (JDCH is on Desktop but looking to move to Online)
• Experience working in the construction industry (highly prefer Residential, not Commercial)
• Adaptable/excellent written and verbal communication Procore
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Economics
