Automotive Company looking for a File Organizers (1 week project).

This is a temporary contract role.

Salary: $20 - $27 per hour.

Location:

Newport Beach, CA.

• Accurate and efficient data entry of financial information into the company's internal systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all accounting transactions are recorded.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze financial data.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Support other team members and departments as necessary to meet company objectives.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data entry role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proficient touch typing skills.
• Strong knowledge of databases and data entry systems.
• Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices will be an added advantage.
