About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Specialist to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on accounting experience, be proficient in Quick Books Online, be familiar with tax filing processes, and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

This role supports day-to-day accounting operations and works closely with internal teams and external accountants as needed.

• Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books Online
• Handle daily bookkeeping, including AR/AP, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and organize materials for tax filing (e.g. business tax, 1099s, sales tax), and coordinate with external CPA if needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data and documentation
• Assist with payroll-related accounting support
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Quick Books Online (required)
• Familiar with tax filing procedures and basic compliance
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting tasks
