Principal Accountant

Skyworks, an innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors, is looking for a Principal Accountant to support its global accounting operations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Own the month‑end close process for cash and investments
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• Own the payroll accounting function and related reconciliations
• Reconcile, settle and own the intercompany accounting function
• Effectively partner with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and International accounting teams
• Perform various SAP uploads related to purchasing and travel cards
• Manage the recurring entry and reversing journal entry processes in SAP
• Provide support for various types of audits
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting experience at a mid‑size firm or larger is a plus
• General ledger experience and knowledge of US GAAP
• Team player with strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• SAP experience preferred
• Intercompany experience a plus

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $91,200 – $177,200 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
