Accounting Assistant

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable:
  Enter and update vendor invoices, process payment checks and associated reports.

• Account Receivable:
  Enter and send sales invoices, process cash receipt by check, wire transfer and cash payments daily.

• Bank and credit card reconciliation

• Collection of Aged Receivable:
  Send statements to the customers, communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments.

• Payroll :
  Assist Accounting Manager in processing payroll by verifying overtime and PTO

Requirements:

• Accounting degree required

• 3+ year experience required

• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills

• Accounting Software experience necessary

Pay Details: $55,000.00 per year
