Orange County, CA (On-Site) | Full-Time
Role DescriptionA leading, ownership-driven commercial real estate organization is seeking a Property Accountant to support a growing portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets. - Prepare CAM/operating expense reconciliations aligned with lease language (caps, exclusions, base years, gross-ups, admin fees where applicable).
- Tie CAM work papers to GL detail and supporting invoices; coordinate with property management to validate recoverability and coding.
- Support tenant/broker questions with clear backup and written explanations.
- Assist with recoveries billing support, reclasses, and close-related schedules as needed.
- 3+ years in property accounting (commercial/retail preferred).
- Strong Excel and workpaper discipline (audit-ready packages, clean tie-outs).
- High accountability and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
