SEC Audit Manager / Regulator

Overseeing the audits of public companies and SEC-registered brokers and dealers to protect investors and ensure accurate, independent audit reports.

• Inspect audit work papers for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC rules, and professional standards.
• Assess firms' quality control structures and their impact on audit quality.
• Interview firm personnel to understand and evaluate audit and quality control processes.
• Gather information to support inspection findings.
• Research technical issues and communicate findings.
• Draft inspection reports and comment forms.

• Enhance technical skills through inspection activities.
• Participate in inspection projects and training development.
• Contribute to the firms' recruiting processes.

• CPA license required.
• 6-15 years of experience in U.S.
  
  -traded company audits at Senior Manager or Manager level.
• Bachelor's in Accounting; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of PCAOB standards, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%, including internationally.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
