Healthcare industry and MUST HAVE Quickbooks experience

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Irvine. This full-time, direct hire role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to further develop their accounting career.

• Process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
• Review and process employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer records
• Support the accounting team with audits and special projects as needed

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
