Accounts Payable Specialist

• Create and update vendor records
• Manage accounts payable transactions
• Review expense reports and ensure completeness
• Enforce compliance and payment processes for vendors and subcontractors
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain and track W-9 forms; responsible for year-end 1099 filings
• Perform periodic reviews of AP aging
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and ensure timely payments
• Assist with cash projection processes
• Support accounting and operations teams
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professionalism, ethics, and discretion handling confidential information
• Experience with accounting software, Spectrum preferred
