About the Company

A well‑established small manufacturing company based in Scotland’s Central Belt is seeking an experienced Ventilation Duct Fitter to support ongoing installation projects. The business specialises in the designing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of bespoke ventilation systems for commercial and industrial clients across the region. With a growing project pipeline, the company is looking for a reliable contractor who can hit the ground running.

The Ventilation Duct Fitter will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining ventilation ducting systems across various client sites. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem‑solving, and working as part of a small, close‑knit team.

• Install and fit ventilation ductwork to specification
• Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
• Carry out measurements, cutting, and assembly of ducting
• Work safely on commercial and industrial sites
• Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other trades
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality expectations

• Proven experience as a Ventilation Duct Fitter or similar role
• Strong understanding of ventilation systems and duct installation
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Competent with hand and power tools
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card
• IPAF or PASMA certification
• Experience working with small manufacturing or fabrication teams
• Competitive hourly or day rate (dependent on experience)
• Contract length aligned with project requirements
• Work primarily across the Central Belt (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling and surrounding areas)
