AI Architect​/AI Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / AI Strategy Lead to shape and evolve the organization’s AI strategy while designing and delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.

• Shape and evolve the company’s AI strategy in alignment with business priorities.
• Define the vision, guiding principles, and success metrics for AI adoption.
• Act as an internal advocate and thought leader for responsible AI innovation.
• Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high‑value use cases.
• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, impact, and risk.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to privacy, bias, compliance, and security.
• Review and advise on AI/ML solution architecture, scalability, data quality, and security.
• Simplify and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Build, deploy, and maintain high‑availability AI solutions in large‑scale production environments.
• Implement machine learning models using frameworks such as:
  • Tensor Flow
  • Apache Spark
• Leverage AI/ML platforms such as:
  • Vertex AI
  • Amazon Sage Maker
• Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration for model training.
• Conduct data mining and advanced analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in AI development and deployment.

• Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI solutions in cloud environments such as:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong experience with data lake architectures.
• Proven proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AI agentic systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and ethical AI principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, C#, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow and SAS.
• Familiarity with unsupervised learning techniques and model training methodologies.
• Knowledge of database design principles and linked data concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell) and VBA for automation tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets using tools such as Talend.
