PositionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 permanent Domestic Assistants within our Domestic Services Department based at Ayrshire Central Hospital Site.
Hours And Shift PatternPosition 1 19.73 hours per week. Worked Monday Friday 9am 1pm
Position 2 24.67 hours per week. Worked Monday Friday 8am 1.30pm with 30min break.

Working within the Domestic Services Department you will undertake a variety of housekeeping/cleaning duties which are carried out to a high standard.
Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the jobExperience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. The ability to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential. You should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment. Priorities can change due to staffing and activity in the North Sector premises, and a degree of flexibility is required.
Full training will be provided.
To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement for an individual to demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country.
