Onsite Manager

PA Contract Services Ltd is a Developer and Principle Contractor, working closely with a number of retailers to deliver retail units across the country.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager for a New Retail Development in Irvine, Scotland, including a 400m2 Tesco Express and a second 500m2 structure, sub divided into 4 units. The units will be steel and clad construction and include associated external works.

The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for delivering the project, overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project schedules. We would ideally like the successful candidate to commence employment on Monday 9th March 2026, with a project duration of 30 weeks.

PA Contract Services has several comparable projects scheduled to begin in Scotland in 2026 and 2027. Therefore, should the partnership prove successful, there will be opportunities to continue employment with our organisation.
