This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Irvine. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships with new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing growth strategies, negotiating business deals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and industry developments to identify potential areas for expansion.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Strategy
- Strong Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to Analyze Market Trends, Identify Opportunities, and Create Effective Action Plans
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
- Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration skills
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the electrical wholesaling or industrial equipment industry is a plus
- Flexibility to travel locally for client and site visits
