Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role essential to our team's success. This position involves providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs, selling our automotive services, building strong relationships, promoting products and services, and scheduling service appointments with technicians. The Retail Salesperson also conducts transaction procedures with precision, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Pay Range: $14.73 – $22.04 per hour
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers on sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
- Medical, Dental and Vision – Starting day 1 for all teammates.
