Job Summary

The Site Controller is a critical part of the team overseeing the administrative and financial operations of the company. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and overseeing the company’s financial transactions and reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and credit card statements.
  • Generate and send customer invoices; track and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accurate tax and benefit calculations and submissions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
  • Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Partner with the sales team to produce reliable sales forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience with an ERP system i.e. Global Shop or similar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience managing a team of administrative staff is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged period of working at a desk and computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
