• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, sales or similar
• Experience with 3D CAD software;
  Autodesk Inventor is a plus
• Previous experience in technical sales, industrial automation, control systems or related fields is a bonus
• Proficient with CRM software and structured sales approaches
• Material handling, conveyors, robotics, packaging, automated manufacturing industry experience
• Allen Bradley / Rockwell automation PLC / HMI
• Self‑motivated with outstanding organizational and time‑management skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capable of building client relationships
• Aptitude for mechanical and electrical concepts; problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks with minimal oversight
• Travel as required (mostly daytrips); valid US driver's license is essential
