Office Manager

Overview

We have a great opportunity with a small quickly growing firm. This is an Office Manager position that is willing to fulfill multiple roles and serve as a right hand for the Co-Founder/Owner. The position is in Irondale, has standard first shift hours, and pays a generous 25 dollars an hour just to start! If this is something that interests you, check out what we are looking for.

Responsibilities
  • provide customer service and be a primary point of contact for established and new clients.
  • The Office Manager would be interacting with customers on the phone, email, and in person.
  • Answer any questions about the products offered, provide quotes, and assist customers throughout the ordering process.
  • Track the freight delivery, and ensure that the product is delivered accurately, meeting customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers that are established to see if they need any additional product.
  • Provide samples to new or existing customers and may occasionally visit the job sites for customers.
  • Communicating with vendors will be a routine task to ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Set up meetings with clients, vendors, and potential customers.
  • Intake information from the customer s invoice, file the order, and move the order to the production phase.
  • Invoicing customers will be done on regular basis.
  • Purchasing skills and order processing are a must for this role.
Qualifications
  • A positive, approachable, demeanor and warm personality are essential for building relationships with customers.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are needed to perform many administrative heavy tasks.
  • Task oriented individuals with the ability to prioritize needs along with great attention to detail are a must.
  • The Office Manager would need to possess adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist role or customer service role is a plus, as well as apparel decoration.
  • The Office Manager would need to be self-motivated, highly organized, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to learn new skills and assist with any other task that needs to be completed to ensure operations are satisfactory.
