Straight Truck Driver (Non CDL)

$18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx.)

Deliver items to their intended destinations in a timely, professional, and safe manner.

• Pick up and deliver packages to the correct recipient.
• Follow designated routes within the delivery area.
• Meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain safety by obeying traffic laws and protecting packages, especially frozen/perishable items.
• Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and team members; provide customer service.
• Complete required paperwork and reports.
• Perform basic truck maintenance such as refueling and visual inspections.
• Collect payments from customers, if applicable.
• Report delivery issues or concerns to supervisors and relevant parties.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check; adhere to company standards.
• Pass criminal background checks and comply with standards.
• Obtain and maintain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Fed Med card).
• Maintain medical and job fitness, including post-accident drug testing.
• Be able to drive in all-weather conditions.
• Be willing and able to lift up to 50 lb regularly and 150 lb occasionally.
• Be able to kneel, squat, and climb ladders/stairs.
• Be able to drive for extended periods of time.
• Acquire and maintain pallet jack and forklift certification (preferred).

Required:
