Overview

This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until 12/30/2026 OR until the vacancy is filled. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be February 9, 2026. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur. The 2-page Resume requirement does not apply to this occupational series. The Float Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting. The nurse will assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.
