Job Overview

Systems Control is looking for an Engineering Assistant to become a part of our Integrated Substation Solutions team. As a member of our Project Management group, you will provide administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of our manufactured products. • Project Setup
• Customer Service (customer phone calls & emails)
• Confirm shipping locations for product delivery
• Maintain metrics/reports
• Process ECN’s for project management team
• File customer documentation
• Enter/update project budgets & milestone payments
• Support project management department

• High School Diploma;
  Associates Degree a plus
• Minimum of one to two years of office experience
