• Author, upload, and audit high-quality knowledge articles in Service Now HR Service Delivery, ensuring 90%+ content accuracy and alignment with global tone-of-voice standards.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and regional stakeholders across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), North America (NA), Latin America (LATAM), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) to translate complex policies into clear, accessible guidance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards by coordinating publishing workflows and leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance content search-ability and self-service efficiency.

• Several years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, or Global HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR knowledge platforms, specifically Service Now, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or Salesforce.
• Proven ability in creating knowledge-based content and supporting employee self-service initiatives within a global or regional operating model.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
