We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engineering, technology, and sustainability, and who want to build a career in the fast-growing BMS industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior engineers with panel design, wiring, and commissioning tasks.
- Learn to assemble and wire BMS control panels to industry standards.
- Shadow commissioning engineers on-site to gain an understanding of system installation, testing, and optimisation.
- Follow health & safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Take part in training and mentoring sessions to build technical knowledge and confidence.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., A-Levels, BTEC, NVQ, or HNC/HND in Engineering) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong practical skills, with an interest in hands-on work.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a specialist role.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow clear instructions.
- Full training and mentoring from experienced engineers.
