Your Comp Health recruiter will be your advocate assisting you with contract negotiation, including pay, benefits, and incentives with insights into facilities and national market trends.

• Provide clinical support as part of an integrated health system with a patient volume of 18k per year.
• Participate in teaching opportunities through an academic affiliation.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate with the recruiter on pay, benefits, and incentives.
• Coordinate interviews and help with licenses as part of the recruitment process.
• Assist with additional compensation considerations for hours beyond annual requirements (1.25x hourly rate).

• H-1B visa holders and final year residents are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with recruiters and facilities.
• Ability to engage in loan repayment programs through federal and state programs for 501(c)(3) organizations.

• 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts; 6 am - 2 pm, 1 pm - 9 pm, and 7 pm - 7 am
