Structural Steel Project Manager

(AISC Fabrication and Erection)

gpac is partnered with a successful full-service steel contractor that specializes in design/engineering, fabrication and erection of steel and pre-cast tilt wall projects in the commercial and industrial sector. They are currently looking to add a Project Manager to their strong team.

The right candidate would have experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection.

Qualifications for Structural Steel Project Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
• Ground up Steel Construction Project Experience
• Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities for Structural Steel Project Manager:

• Coordinate and communicate with team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules
• Monitor and review changes in project scope
• Ensure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates
• Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies

Compensation/Benefits for Structural Steel Project Manager:

• $90,000 - $125,000 base salary
• Negotiable Benefits
