Showroom Ambassador

This position serves as the first point of contact for the Pella Showroom customer walk‑ins and call‑ins and contributes to sales success by properly directing customers to the appropriate department and answering product related questions. Must be a quick learner and have a desire to become a product expert. In addition, they will provide administrative assistance to sales and administration.

• Maintain a positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
• Display and/or demonstrate product in showrooms, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products.
• Answer and accurately direct customer calls for both internal and external customers by asking leading questions and prequalification.
• Set proper customer expectations regarding the retail replacement process.
• Maintain a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers in the showroom.
• Take the appropriate action and contact those required to resolve showroom concerns.
• Provide administrative support for sales and management.
• Administer, verify, and communicate accurate product or customer information.

• Organized, social, and customer‑focused skills are necessary along with an ability to learn strong product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong math skills and good data entry skills are required along with demonstrated creativity.
• A high level of energy and top‑notch customer service.

Relevant experience performing the above duties is required. Minimum 2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred.
