Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with members to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Take inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a seamless banking experience.
  • Assist members with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries; offer tailored financial solutions based on member needs.
  • Navigate internal systems for accurate data entry and record maintenance, while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to educate members about our products and services and help them understand their financial options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive team environment aligned with our core values.
What Matters Most / Qualifications
  • Background in retail or customer service is required, as the ability to engage with members directly impacts satisfaction and loyalty.
