What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and scale the Group Sales program, driving structured pipeline management and accountability
  • Coach and develop a team of 5–8 Group Sales Account Managers to achieve high performance
  • Own and increase total revenue contribution from the Group Sales channel
  • Implement AI‑driven workflows to enhance productivity and deal velocity
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support inventory planning and special orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of B2B, outbound, or account management sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a quota‑carrying environment
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value strategic accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage executive‑level relationships
  • Experience building structure, process, and accountability within sales teams
