- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage executive‑level relationships
- Experience building structure, process, and accountability within sales teams
- Experience in the retail, e‑commerce, or outdoor industry
- A true player‑coach mindset, enjoying both leading a team and selling
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
