Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Canada Country Manager at Flex Seal Family of Products. The Canada Country Manager will lead sales efforts with key national accounts, distributors and other customers. This includes channels such as mass, DIY big box, hardware, auto and wholesale. They will also manage the growth and expansion of the company in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities include executing new product launches, building partnerships with retailers, distributors and stakeholders, managing external sales agencies, and ensuring targets are achieved. The role will also encompass analyzing market trends, spearheading marketing initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to align company goals. This is a very retail focused position involving sell in, sell out and daily retail execution plans.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and relevant experience, especially in the retail sealants, tapes and adhesives space.
  • Strong knowledge of key retailers and accounts in the market. Established relationships in the relevant departments (paint, auto, building materials)
  • Prior experience with major brands in the category
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise with the Canadian market and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
