Senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support project delivery across Service Now teams.
• Coach team members and leaders on Agile practices and principles.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint execution.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement and support organizational Agile maturity.
• Track and report team performance metrics to leadership.
• Support coordination across related teams and initiatives within IM/IT.

• Minimum 3-5+ years of progressive Agile delivery experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer – preferred.
• Experience coaching multiple teams or enterprise Agile adoption initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and planning activities.
• Strong coaching, conflict-resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
• Ability to guide teams through Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Skilled in removing impediments and optimizing team flow.
• Strong communication skills when engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with product road mapping, story mapping, and Agile metrics.
