Overview
Freelance Behavioral Coach:
Habit Change. Fabulous Freelance Coaches are part of a network of coaches and facilitators offering coaching services as part-time freelancers to members of the Fabulous app.
Fabulous members aim to improve their daily routines and habits. Each member has unique growth areas, so coaches cover a wide range of coaching topics. Sessions focus on the member’s chosen habit and are scheduled on the basis of a coaching subscription, fostering an ongoing coaching relationship.
Coaches study the Fabulous curriculum and work under a unified Fabulous Coaching Code, covering content proficiency, tools, best practices, ethics, and ongoing learning opportunities (for example webinars). Coaching leads certify coaches to work within the network after completing required training and requirements.
Coaches may specialize in relationships, leadership, trauma, nutrition, ADHD, ACT, or other topics, provided they meet the qualifications, can fulfill the responsibilities, complete the Fab Coach Training Curriculum, and uphold Fabulous values throughout their work.
