We’re now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Ipswich team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

This role is full‑time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The shift patterns will vary from 8:30am–5:00pm shred or 9:00am–5:30pm.

• Receiving deliveries and checking them against supplier delivery manifests
• Booking in goods accurately and efficiently
• Prioritising received orders daily for consignment build and dispatch
• Picking and packing goods to ensure they arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Ensuring goods are stored safely and the warehouse is kept tidy, organised, and efficient

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
• A current forklift licence (a flexible forklift licence would be an advantage)
• Experience inquipements Warehouse Environment or in a similar area
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Desirable:
  Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
