Family Support Practitioner
£22 Umbrella P/H
Temporary contract until April 2026 - Potential extension
We are recruiting a Family Support Practitioner to work directly with children, young people and families, helping to create positive, sustainable change at the earliest opportunity.
The role- Work alongside families using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach
- Deliver targeted interventions to support emotional, social and behavioural needs
- Act as a key point of contact for families, coordinating support with partner agencies
- Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with procedures
- Maintain clear and accurate case records
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- Experience working with children, young people and families
- Confident identifying risk and supporting families with complex needs
- Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills
- Committed to safeguarding, equality and collaborative working
