A busy and growing Ipswich-based construction company is looking for a hands-on Shop Fitter with strong carpentry experience to join their expanding team.

Working primarily on major supermarket chain refits and improvement projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson looking for long-term stability, great earning potential, and genuine career progression.

The Role:

* Shopfitting, maintenance, and general construction tasks with a strong focus on carpentry

* Supermarket refits, refurbishments, and ongoing site improvements

* Working across the South East & East Anglia

* Regular travel involved, with occasional overnight stays

* Some unsociable hours as projects require

* Paid travel time to and from site

* Overtime opportunities and additional incentives available

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous shopfitting and carpentry/construction experience

* Ideally experienced in retail or supermarket environments

* Full UK driving licence

* Valid CSCS card

* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

* Reliable, team-focused and career-minded
