What youll be doing

• You'll play a key role in both account management and telesales / new business development:
• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Proactively contacting customers to promote and sell products and services
• Identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive growth
• Converting incoming enquiries into confirmed sales
• Taking customer orders and processing them accurately through internal systems
• Liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers to ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and building long-term relationships
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
