Junior Account Manager (Early Career)

£32,000 base + £10,000 OTE (uncapped)

Ipswich | Hybrid working

Our client is scaling rapidly and is looking for motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join their Account Management team
. This role is suited to graduates or early-career professionals who are ready to step into a Junior Account Manager position with structured support, training, and a clear development pathway, into a full Account Manager position. No previous account management experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning and managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Acting as one of the main point of contact for clients
  • Building long-term relationships and understanding client objectives
  • Ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and to a high standard
  • Identifying opportunities to expand and develop existing accounts
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Training & Progression
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing account management training
  • Coaching and mentoring from senior Account Managers
  • Clear progression into Account Manager and Strategic Accounts
