The ideal candidate will have a high level of business acumen and should have at least two years of B2B sales experience, with phone-based sales experience essential. They will thrive in a demanding work environment and will be able to handle pressure, targets, and multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
They should have a proven record of building and maintaining business relationships.

Key responsibilities- Developing additional business through our existing customer base, this will involve innovative sales strategies and some cold calling
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Building an in-depth knowledge of the UK hospitality industry
- Communicating with customers at all levels; from owner proprietors to Group Director level contacts
- Achieving budgeted monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting to internal management and the wider sales team
- Acting as the main point of contact for all matters specific to our customers, developing a trusted relationship with key accounts
- Attending industry events, including trade shows
- Working closely and collaboratively with the UK Sales team to drive and maintain sales
- Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying your knowledge to meet those requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination
- Excellent work ethic and ability to achieve results both individually and as part of a team
- Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with CRM software preferable
