Salary: £26,936 per year.
About the roleOur Project Team is looking for a motivated Marketing Administrator to help elevate our internal and external communications. If you love content, organisation, and bringing ideas to life — this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)- Work with the Project Team, HR and services across Suffolk to deliver consistent, engaging, and accessible marketing activity across Leading Lives.
- Collaborate to support the delivery of engaging communications, both internal and external.
- Assist with the creation and sharing of internal communications and promotional content.
- Help manage templates, content libraries and marketing records.
- Assist with scheduling campaigns, drafting posts and monitoring social media.
- Gather stories, photos and updates from services, colleagues and partners.
- Ensure all communications reflect our values and inclusive brand standards.
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using digital systems and social media platforms.
- A creative eye for brand-aligned, accessible content.
- Ability to build positive relationships across teams.
- A flexible and proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
