As our Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, managing websites, and optimising channels for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Analysis Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and growth.
  • Conducting research, analysing trends and tracking KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Content Creation:
    Write clear, compelling copy for web pages, blogs, and marketing collateral.
  • Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences and objectives.
  • Creativity & Campaigns:
    Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Use creative storytelling and design to engage audiences and elevate our brand.
  • Website Management:
    Play an active role working in partnership with an agency to develop a new website.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of websites with the Vertas Group, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • SEO & Analytics:
    Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings. Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal stakeholders to produce integrated campaigns and projects. Work closely with both in-house designers and external creative agencies to design marketing materials.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or website management.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B marketing.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative campaigns and manage digital channels.
  • Strong website management skills, including experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press). Including experience working with e-commerce websites to drive growth.
  • Confident, articulate communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating visual content.
