• Deliver impactful marketing campaigns for internal and external audiences.
• Create engaging content for web, social media, and internal channels.
• Support brand development and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Assist with events that bring colleagues and stakeholders together.
• Manage and enhance digital channels to build a strong online presence.
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to bring stories to life.
• Use insights and data to optimise marketing activity.
• Champion communications around social value, inclusion, and sustainability.

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with digital platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe).
• Confident working with data and reporting engagement metrics.
• A natural collaborator who enjoys working with people across all levels.
