Position: Marketing Communications Executive (Permanent)

What You’ll Do
Deliver impactful marketing campaigns for internal and external audiences.
Create engaging content for web, social media, and internal channels.
Support brand development and employer‑branding initiatives.
Assist with events that bring colleagues and stakeholders together.
Manage and enhance digital channels to build a strong online presence.
Collaborate with teams across the organisation to bring stories to life.
Use insights and data to optimise marketing activity.
Champion communications around social value, inclusion, and sustainability.

About You
2+ years’ experience in marketing or communications.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Experience with digital platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe).
Confident working with data and reporting engagement metrics.
A natural collaborator who enjoys working with people across all levels.
