Position: MIG Welding role
Role – MIG Welder
Location – Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Pay rate – up to £16.00 per hour
Capacity of role – Temporary to permanent position

Our client is a leading manufacturer who is looking to add to their workshop with a number of MIG welders to join their workshop.

Main duties will include –
Working on MIG welding equipment by using wire feed speed to suit the specific job
Interpret drawings, and measurements to plan the layout and procedures for welding projects.
Position and clamp metal components together in preparation for welding, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and tools to maintain safe and effective operation.

Candidate attributes –
Previous welding experience
Fabrication knowledge
Workshop based engineering experience.
