Mitie are currently looking to recruit a Security Operations Manager to oversee the branch and business plan ensuring the division are delivering to agreed objectives/targets.

• Assist with managing the day to day operational running of the branch through effective management of staff and customers.
• Work closely with the Regional Management Team to provide excellent customer service, employee satisfaction and ensure all business-related tasks are completed in a timely fashion, contributing to regional operational growth plans.
• Ensure employee welfare checks are completed.
• Assist in completing monthly branch-based business report.
• Recruit, motivate and train all employees operating out of the branch, ensuring correct manning and optimal resource profiles.
• Manage customer requirements through provision of visit reports where required.
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals of direct reports; set clear objectives, support and develop all direct reports and ensure appropriate succession plans are in place.
• Build, maintain and manage positive relationships.
• Act as Duty Manager for the manned guarding business in branch on a rota basis with other Operational Managers.

• Full driving licence
• Front line SIA licence
• At least 2 years security industry experience
• Financially aware
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in problem solving
